This is a quick reminder that the deadline for submitting your child’s secondary school application is Tuesday 31st October. It’s incredibly important that you submit your application by this date to ensure that your child’s preferences are considered in the admissions process.
Key Advice for Applying:
List 6 schools: We strongly recommend that you list six schools on your application form. While you may have a preferred school, it’s important to name additional schools to maximize your chances of securing a place. Failing to do so could result in your child being allocated a school that wasn’t among your preferences at some distance from your address.
Include a local option: It’s always advisable to include at least one local school on your list.
